Did you know that when we train our mind, our brain gets stronger? Like a muscle? Since mind is the source of success, creativity, happiness, why not get all those from it? With the unique challenges we face today we need open hearted innovators, creative cooperators, able minded enactment of positive change. I have been writing and training on mental health and wellness programming for years, and just got into the tech side of things. Wow, the web is such an amazing way to share, and such a great new way to connect and grow.

Here, you will find pages linked to the different professional projects I am involved with. I began my first consulting company, “The Vital Three,” in January of 2008, and developed a proprietary sales training called “Mastering Emotions” that focused on growing awareness of our emotional states to transform the way we manage, sell, and communicate. I then expanded my offerings and services to involve web development, search engine optimization, and hybridized transformative learning courses to meet a more comprehensive and complex client need.
